How to draw a simple cartoon by only using Microsoft PowerPoint!

Hello people, in this post I'll teach you how to draw a cartoon BY just using Microsoft PowerPoint!!! Because I don't really know how use the Graphic Editor to create cartoons, so I've try PowerPoint, and the creations are awesome too~
This is what we gonna do:


A simple christmas tree cartoon

Things That You Need:
-Microsoft PowerPoint (2003 version is recommended, 2007 is still okay :)
-A Mouse

Step1




Open your PowerPoint and delete the 2 boxes in front of you, so the page can be blank, it's easier for you.
Then, if you are 2003 using go to AutoShapes > Lines > Curve
If you are using 2007 just simply go to Drawing section and click Curve





Then, using the Curve and click the position of the dots just like the image up there and create the tree. Follow the sequence! And remember to link the last line with the starting point! You can change the color of the tree, just like mine, is green~

Step2



And the same, now using the Curve and create the "body"of the tree. Follow the sequence. But this time do not link the last point with the starting point!And same, Change the color
into whatever color.

Step3


If you have this problem (the body of the tree is infront of the tree.)
(2003 version) You can solve this problem by Right Click the body > Order > Send to Back
(2007 version) Just Right Click the body > Send to Back

Step5


Copy the WHOLE christmas tree and paste it. (I am sure you know where and how to do this, right?)




The tree and body that you pasted, change the size and color.
Size: Bigger like 20%
Color: Make it darker

Step6



Select the WHOLE copied Christmas Tree, do the same as Step3, we'll do a 3D effect to the
Christmas Tree.
(2003 version) Right Click the body > Order > Send to Back
(2007 version) Right Click the body > Send to Back
Just like this:



Step7



Now use the Oval and draw some perfect circles, to make a pair of eyes for our Christmas tree
For me, I've draw 4 circles, and create a pair of eyes

Tips: When you use Oval, just simply click one time, and you'll get a perfect circle, just need to adjust the size of the circle :)
Final


You can always add some awesome thing after you create the cartoon, :)
