How to remove/change the backgroud of a picture by GIMP

This tutorial of How to remove/change the background by using GIMP? is original by Awesome Tutorial, please do not copy without permission


I will teach you how to change this picture..



Into this!



The things you need...
1. GIMP (download in http://gimp.org )
2. An image with an object.

Step 1


Open your image in GIMP

Step 2






Use the path tool and start create a path and surround the whole object. You can use Zoom Tool, to have a nearer view, or just simply press Ctrl+*scroll the wheel on your mouse* Take your time (:

After you ALMOST finish the path, remember to leave a tiny space between the starting point and the ending point. You can see the path that I created is not that nice, but we can edit it later :), but you can use your nice and create the path nice,


Step 4


Now,click the "Selection from Path" and remember you must use your Path tool then only you can see the Selection from Path.


Step 5




If you want the background of the object is transparent,
Right Click > Layer > Transparency > Add Alpha Layer.



And now, go to Select > Invert. And just simply press "Delete" on your keyboard and the background will be delete

Step 6



If your image still not that satisfied, you can use Eraser, and remember to use a circle Brush, and simply erase the remaining background.

How to release Stress? (7 simple ways)

Breathe deeply: When you tense up, your breathing gets quicker, more shallow, and higher in the chest. You’ll feel better right away, and your heart will slow down, if you’ll just make your breathing more relaxed. Deeper. Slower. Sigh in a relaxed way.

Exercise: even if you go for a walk for 15-25 minutes four days a week it will help your body to get rid of adrenaline and produce endorphins (a natural tranquilizer). Not to mention you will not only feel better, you will also look the part.

Stretch: People often stretch before and after a workout. However, learning stretching and flexing exercises to use as a way to relieve tension on many different areas of the body can help a great deal.

Listen to music: This works fine for me, well, listen to the country, soft, slow songs, like I'm Yours by Jason Mraz (:. That will definitely release your stress

Nutrition: Eat a balanced variety of nutritious foods, drink eight, eight-ounce glasses of water, reduce fats and sugar and supplement with additional vitamins and minerals.

Take a break: Take time to relax, sleep, and maybe even take a vacation if you can. Your body does not only need it; you deserve it.


Relax to go a further way. Life is full of chances & miracles. Convert stress into the power to let you improve youself! (:

So How to grow taller, NATURALLY

Let's start with exercise!


» General Stretching Exercises. – These exercises have been proven to be the MOST efficient out of the whole work out as it works on stretching every join of your body adding flexibility and loosening them up to grow those extra inches.They are derived from Yoga so if you have had any classes in the past it you will understand why they help.

» Exercises For The Knee’s. – It some people these exercises are even more effective than spinal ones but remember to do both so you don’t look disproportionate with long legs and a small back.There is an exercise in here than can even help peoples who’s growth plates have already fused (over 24 yr olds), these exercise is called Micro Fracture & Ankle Weights technique.

Get enough rest too!

Any activity you decide to do to help you grow taller naturally will likely fail if you do not have enough rest. Sleep offers your body the chance to recuperate from the activities of the day.

95% of human growth occurs during sleep, since the largest human growth hormone surge in a normal day tends to occur around one hour after the onset of night-time sleep, it is vital for athletes to get plenty of it. If the quality of sleep is inadequate there will be a reduction in the volume of human growth hormone secreted, with negative consequences for health and fitness. Important preconditions for good quality sleep and optimal human growth hormone secretion during sleep include a dark room and a balanced diet containing adequate protein.

Of course, an adequate quantity of sleep is also required for good health generally, and for most people this means around eight hours.


Posture-Walking Straight

Tighten your stomach, raise your shoulders, and push your chest out. Breath, but keep your stomach tight. Lift up, and be as tall as you can be. Got it? Good. Now hold that for EVERY MINUTE OF EVERY DAY. It will be hard at first, But you’ll feel and look better.

Your in essence MAKING yourself grow, and your stomach and back must adapt by getting stronger. Your upper body will appear bigger.

I’d say it will take you a week to get use to walking like a soldier but don’t underestimate this exercise just because it seems simple.

Diet

As far as diet is concerned you should avoid food with high carbohydrate content. Consuming food that is high in carbohydrate would induce hyperglycemia (elevated blood carbohydrate) which tends to switch off human growth hormone secretion.

Because during hyperglycemia, insulin, a polypeptide hormone, would be massively produced to regulates carbohydrate metabolism. As insulin and IGF-1 counterbalances one another, IGF-1 production gets driven into the basement for about 2 hours.

On the same token, avoid snacking or having an soda pop in between meals, as the digestion of your meal is over the insulin level goes back to normal you would like to prolong the time of IGF-1 production as long as possible. Do not suppress it with another dose of carbohydrate to drive insulin up again. Food with high fat content has also been found to reduce human growth hormone secretion.

Conclusion
Growing tall isn't that easy, you will need 100% of time and also patient. If you have both, guaranteed you will see the improvement. :)
